The personal data we process
- When you fill in the contact form: your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number if given, the service you indicated an interest in and the content of your message.
- Automatically when you submit the form: your IP address, your browser and device information, and the date and time of submission.
- While browsing the site: usage data obtained through cookies.

- Recording your enquiry and following its outcome

Legal basis
Your data is processed on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), that our office must fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), and our legitimate interest provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f) of Law No. 6698.
Who it is transferred to
The information you send through the form is recorded in the work tracking system our office developed itself and is seen only by authorised members of our staff. Your enquiry is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Our site and our systems are hosted on servers located in Germany on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. We also use Google Analytics for visit statistics and Google reCAPTCHA for form security; limited technical data is transferred abroad within the scope of these services.
Where there is a lawful request, your data may be shared with authorised public authorities.
How long we keep it
Contact form records are kept after your enquiry is concluded, taking statutory limitation periods into account, and are deleted or anonymised at the end of that period. If a client relationship is established with our office, your documents and records are kept in a secure archive for the retention period set out in the relevant legislation.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to request information about it
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your data is transferred
- To request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred
- To object to an outcome against you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
Making a request
You can send requests concerning your rights, together with information verifying your identity, in writing to the address above or to our e-mail address. Your request is concluded within thirty days at the latest.
