Payroll and Social Security
Your personnel work runs at two speeds: entries, exits and sick leave on the day they happen; payroll and declarations at the end of the month. Both come together in the same file.
During the month
- New hires. The moment you send us a new employee's details, the entry declaration is prepared. Notification has a statutory deadline; our system calculates the final notification day for each entry and warns before it arrives.
- Terminations. The exit declaration is prepared together with the termination reason code. Severance, notice pay and unused leave are calculated; the correctness of the exit code is checked separately.
- Sick and unpaid leave. Days on medical report, unpaid leave and missing-day reasons are entered into the file before the month closes.
At month end
- Your timesheet — days worked, overtime, leave, sick days — is received from you or confirmed with you.
- Payslips are prepared; stamp duty, the income tax bracket and any incentive reductions are taken into account.
- The payroll summary and the net amounts payable are sent to you.
- After your approval, the monthly premium and service document is filed together with the withholding return.
- The assessed social security premium and withholding amounts are sent to you with their payment deadlines.
What we watch
- The income tax bracket changing during the year, and the cost difference this creates for employees engaged on a net wage basis
- Eligibility for incentives and reductions re-checked every month
- The missing-day reason being consistent with the number of days declared
- Separate tracking of each workplace file if you have more than one
- Minimum wage and premium ceiling changes applied in the month they take effect
What happens on your side
Telling us about the personnel movement is enough. We track the notification deadlines, the calculations and the filings; at the end of the month your payroll summary and payment lists reach you.
