What we collect on this site
If you only browse the site, no identifying information is requested from you. We receive your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number if given and your message only when you fill in the contact form. When you submit the form, your IP address and browser information are also recorded for security purposes.
As the site has no membership, shopping or payment function, no card or payment information is collected.
What we use this information for
We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry out the discussion. Your information is not used for advertising, is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. We do not send newsletters or promotional messages without your permission.
If you are our client
Information and documents held within the accountancy relationship are covered by professional secrecy. They are not shared with any third party unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
Your documents are stored in an encrypted environment, backed up to separate geographic locations and protected for the statutory retention period. Within the office each member of staff can reach only the information of the clients they are responsible for, and access is logged.
Where it is stored
Our site and our work tracking system are hosted on servers located in Germany on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Limited technical data is transferred abroad through the Google services we use for visit statistics and form security.
