Advisory Services
Advisory covers the decisions that fall outside routine filing work but often have a longer-lasting effect. Asking before a transaction is easier than correcting it afterwards.
On which matters
- The tax consequences of changing company type, shareholder entries and exits, capital increases and share transfers
- Investment incentive certificate applications and the tracking of purchases within the certificate
- Annual reporting for transfer pricing and related party transactions
- Foreign income, double taxation and exchange difference effects
- Profit distribution, shareholder loan relationships and year-end decisions
- Invitations to explain, tax inspections and situations requiring a corrective return
- Planning the suspension of activity, liquidation and closure
How it works
You send your question by phone, e-mail or through the client portal. If the question is of a kind that changes the outcome of a transaction, we answer in writing and add the calculation and its basis where needed. The opinion given is recorded in your file; when the same matter comes up later, that record is consulted first.
Year-end review
Before the year closes, your tax position is reviewed together over your financial statements. Items that have to be decided before year-end — depreciation method, provision for doubtful receivables, stock count, renewal fund — are raised in time.
